Kettlebell Back Workout – 15 Mins – Non Stop – Wicked EMOM Routine!
Following on from the 5 minute and 10 minute back workouts I did recently, I decided to do a 15 minute version.
As I have found in my experience, that 15 minutes is the length of workout people tend to gravitate towards online.
Try the 5 minute workout here – 5 Minute Back Workout.
If you wanted to try the 10 minute back workout, then click here.
Favourite Kind Of Workout
If you are a regular follower of my YouTube channel “Kettlebell Kudos” then you will have seen how I like to do workouts which involve the use of EMOM routines.
Today is no exception, I think these type of workouts are perfect for strength and endurance workouts with a medium to heavy kettlebell.
We do as many controlled reps as possible within a 40 second exercise window, then rest and get ready for the next exercise for 20 seconds.
EMOM, or every minute on the minute workouts are a simple and effective way to put in a lot of work in a short amount of time. An EMOM can be performed for any length of time.
This structure allows people to get creative with their workouts and easily scale them to be more difficult as your fitness level increases.
15 Minute Back Workout Details
In the workout today, there are 8 exercises to work through. Then we repeat the exercises again for round 2!
With the routine, you are getting a complete back workout with the use of just one medium to heavy kettlebell.
Which is awesome if you workout at home, or if you wanted to give this a go the next time you are at the gym.
The exercises on offer this time around are as follows:
- Reverse grip bent over row
- Lat pull down
- Bent over American swing
- Deadlift
- Row drop
- Single bell Gorilla rows

- Bent over row
You are going to be working the back completely here, so if its gets to the point where you aren’t able to keep up for any reason, take a break and prepare for the next exercise.
