Upper Body Kettlebell Workout 20 Mins | No11 | Non Stop EMOM With No Repeat
If you’re looking to get fit, this is the workout for you. This upper-body routine uses a variety of exercises to target every muscle group.
It’s an excellent way to improve your strength, endurance and cardiovascular health – all without needing a lot of equipment or space. All you need is one kettlebell and a timer!

This routine is made up of ten exercises for one minute with no rest. For each exercise, you’ll do as many reps as possible before taking a 30-second rest.
The aim is to give 100 percent effort during each exercise while also paying attention to your form and breathing.
Remember to prioritize quality over quantity, and to pay attention to your body at all times.
This program tones your entire body and gets you into excellent condition.
It’s time to break a sweat with this full body EMOM kettlebell workout! In just 20 minutes, you’ll work every muscle in your upper body and leave feeling toned and fit.
10 exercises that I have performed with the one kettlebell:
- Hips up press and pass
- Feet up bottoms up press x 2
- Suitcase swing x 2
- Clean bottoms up press and swing x 2
- Full circle
- One arm upright row x 2
- Bent over pendulum
- Behind back pass and press
- Deadlift, clean, press and curl
- In and out Steering wheel
Note – exercises “x 2” are repeated on the other side of the body.

EMOM workouts
EMOM or every minute-on-the-minute workouts are a simple and effective way to put in a lot of work in a short amount of time.
