Full body EMOM Kettlebell Workout for Total Fitness – 15 Mins | Double kettlebell Workout

Looking for a quick, full-body double kettlebell workout?

This EMOM (every minute on the minute) routine will give you a total-body workout.

You’ll be using two kettlebells, so make sure to have them handy! In this video, I’m going to show you a really fun full body kettlebell workout that you can do in just 15 minutes.

This workout is great for toning up your whole body and getting you into better shape.

Double The Fun

Hi there, my name is Lee and today I’m going to show you a killer kettlebell workout that will work your whole body and leave you feeling toned and fit.

This EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout is a great way to get in an effective total-body workout in just 15 minutes.

So grab two kettlebells of moderate weight and let’s get started! For this workout I used my two 10kg kettlebells, even though they are different shapes, they still work perfectly for this routine.

There are 9 killer kettlebell combination exercises in this routine, with non of them being repeated. It will help increase your overall strength.

This is a great kettlebell workout for you to try anywhere with the use of two kettlebells! It’s a high intensity workout, I am going over some traditional/classic exercises here, as well as some new variations also.

With each exercise lasting 60 seconds and then you get 30 seconds to rest and prepare for the next exercise.

EMOM Works Wonders

EMOM, or every minute on the minute workouts are a simple and effective way to put in a lot of work in a short amount of time. An EMOM can be performed for any length of time.

This structure allows people to get creative with their workouts and easily scale them to be more difficult as your fitness level increases.

All you need is a pair of kettlebells and some space to move around. Let’s go!

Get Ready…

The 9 exercises that I have performed with two kettlebells are:

  • Two hand pull & snatch
  • Deadlift & clean
  • Kb thruster
  • Narrow leg swing
  • Renegade row & press up
  • Curl, clean & press
  • Full deltoid blast
  • Laying chest scoop to fly
  • Dead bug & press
